Return Policy
Last updated: January 2025We stand behind the quality of every 360bag product. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning a product purchased on 360bag.tr.
1. Return Window
You may return an item within 14 calendar days of delivery. After this period, returns are not accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Unused, unworn, in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not personalized or custom-modified
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The Cowboy bag's authenticity/numbering tag must not have been removed. Once removed, the item cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Return Process
- Email info@360-soft.com with subject "Return Request — [Order Number]"
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable service
- Do not send items without prior approval — unapproved returns will be refused
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
5. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
6. Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@360-soft.com with photographs. We will arrange collection at our expense and offer a replacement or full refund.
