Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is provided in accordance with Turkish consumer legislation and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

Buyer: The person placing an order on the website.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered on 360bag.tr.

3. Delivery

Products are dispatched within the legal maximum period unless otherwise stated on the product page. Domestic deliveries typically take 2–4 business days; international deliveries typically take 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery without providing any reason, provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be submitted to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts as applicable under Turkish law. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, Istanbul, Turkey is the competent jurisdiction.
