These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 360bag.tr and the purchase of products offered by 360bag ("we," "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About 360bag

360bag is a premium limited-edition accessory brand operating under 360 Soft, headquartered at Nidakule Atasehir Bati, Barbaros, Begonya St. D:1/2, 34746 Atasehir / Istanbul, Turkey. Contact: info@360-soft.com | Tel: +90 850 335 10 87.

2. Products and Availability

All 360bag products are produced in strictly limited annual quantities: 360 units per year for the Standard and Sport bags, and 36 units per year for the Cowboy editions. Once annual production is sold out, products become unavailable until the following year. We do not accept pre-orders or maintain waitlists.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment authorization.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery for unused products in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, horse illustrations, brand identity elements, and product photographs — is the exclusive property of 360bag. No content may be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360bag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
